Computer Aided Design

The CMM Computer Aided Design (CAD) Program seeks to integrate engineering and architecture in ways that blend innovative architectural design with cutting-edge engineering technologies. The Aided Design is a pre-professional degree program that prepares students for careers in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, exhibition design, interior design, environmental art, and other fields that demand expertise in spatial, digital, ecological, and material design. Using representational means ranging from models to full-scale material constructs to digital animation, students conceptualize and develop architectural schemes to address environmental, cultural, and theoretical concerns.

This program provides training in all aspect of architectural modeling and documentation procedures using the latest release of ArchiCAD, Atlantis Studio and Cinema 4D. Acquire the knowledge needed to create complex architectural models in three dimensions and to document your designs with linked to-dimensional drawings and schedules.

In addition to preparing students for advance studies in architecture and construction management, the program prepare students well for graduate work in other fields such as civil and environmental engineering. This course provides a background for individuals wanting to explore a diversity of careers in architecture, engineering, construction and structures. On completion of this course, students will be issued a Certificate In Computer Aided Design.

Question ?

How Do I Pay?
Payment can be made only into the Bank Account:
Guaranty Trust (GT) Bank Plc
Account Name: CMM MEDIA.
Account Number: 0117834656

Can I pay on instalments?
To ease payment, payments in two installments (50% down payment and remaining 50% by 3rd week of the training commencement) are allowed. To enjoy this benefit, please contact the Director of the Academy on 08111111051. Please note that receipts will be issued at the Academy only on presentation of original copy of banks’ deposit slip.

Is 8 Weeks Enough To Learn Each Course?
It is actually 48 hours over 16 days. A semester course in any university in the world at 2 hours a week over 3 months is 24 hours. So at 36 hours, this is longer than a semester’s course in the university. It is done in 16 days because it is easier for us. We start the course from the very beginning as we assume students/attendees has had no prior experience.

What are the Instructors Like?
At CMM, courses are taught by industry professionals. Our instructors are required to have a minimum of at least ten years of real world experience, yet must have been a part of the industry for many years. Many instructors are still involved in the industry and bring back real world knowledge to the training hall.
